Welcome to the web store of the Gristmill General Store, where you can purchase bread mix, pancake mix and flour ground from the millstones of the Saint Vincent Gristmill by Benedictine monks. While the General Store was established in 2000, the Gristmill was built in 1846 by Saint Vincent founder Boniface Wimmer, O.S.B.
