WIM, by Roman Verostko, is a book for all ages. The Upsidedown book presents 65 pen and ink drawings with whimsical names, whose upside can be their downside and whose downside can be their upside. The original pen and ink drawings have also been digitally transformed into a dazzling array of images mounted on a wall rising 18 feet inside the main entrance of the new Fred Rogers Center building. The “Upsidedown Mural” and the publication of this “Upsidedown Book” mark the dedication of this building that houses the archives of Fred Rogers, creator of the celebrated “Mister Roger’s Neighborhood”. This book, with no front or back, no up or down, invites viewers of all ages to participate in light hearted visual adventures of the human spirit. First edition, published by Jewelweed Impressions, 2008.
